A mother would be the first and best teacher that a person has in life. After a mother it is the teachers at school that help build the character of the children and turn them into responsible youngsters who then enter into degree schools and become great adults with well certified character conduct attached along with their degree certificate. Hence parents will always choose schools of teaching that are more inclined to disciplinary and building characteristics in children.

It is always at the age below 10 years that a kid should be taught that the minimal morals that they should not lie, should not hurt others or harm others and many other that would be sowed deep into the hearts, which become their main characteristics. Not saying a lie when growing big would be determined as honesty, not hurting would be defined as humble and many other alternative vocabulary would be taught to the children when they are grown up and are ready to think by their own.

Once they enter into the degree schools of teaching they will be more inclined to the planning that is needed to complete preparing for the course and the strategy they should follow to complete the syllabus in time and many other managerial terms which they would hardly identify them at that age. They will be doing the time management for having time for their play, study, and chat with friends.

When they have the degree in their hand they would finally register for graduate degree in some universities that are involved with teaching specializations in various streams that the youngsters, once who are children, are interested in. This is where the youngster is completely molded into a perfect man with an awareness of ethics that should be followed while working in a job at a corporate office or dealing with clients when have to manage the ancestors business or want to start a venture on their own.

Any stage of life you take you will always be involved into schools of teaching even the life will teach you something but in the schooling you read the lessons and then take exams where as in life you take the exams that give you instant result of pass or failure from which you learn a lesson.
